Requirements
Our Middle-East customer required a senior architect to perform the following tasks:
- Create a storage strategy based on their chosen hardware, building a menu of managed service storage options,
- Present the strategy to sales staff and to prospective customers,
- Build the storage managed services environment and provide full documentation,
- Create high and low level designs for customer's environments,
- Provide on-site support,
- Provide technical training for full-time BAU staff.
